Serene is the best way to describe the atmosphere at Breathe Wellness. Having taken the Yoga classes with Beth over the best few months, in a calming, lovely and "serene" atmosphere has proven to be my best experience with Yoga. Both Beth and Meg are professional, caring, and knowledgable individuals in their fields. They are there in a comfortable setting to answer all questions and provide any support that is needed. The experience is so pleasurable unlike that of a large gym. It's very personalized, and not intimidating at all. I would recommend Breathe Wellness to anyone interested in their health and well being. You will find it to be an exhilarating experience.
