Very, very happy. I walked in with a dead PC (coffee), Wake Forest Factory, very worried I'd lose pix, files, spreadsheets, etc., and asked if I could actually watch the technician do the pc repair. I know they don't do this as a regular thing, but they let me. (Whew!!) The fellow who did the work knew exactly what he was doing. Turned out the keyboard had to be replaced, and I was able to take my computer home with me while I waited for the new one. It was all absolutely straightforward and sensible -- no snowing, no 'not knowing what to do,' no reasons for charging more. The final bill was very, very reasonable. I was thrilled, basically, and am thinking of other things I would have done / might do if I knew a place I could trust, because now I feel I do.
