Thanks Mark and the team for getting two new tires on so quickly. I called on Friday around 1PM, Mark ordered the tires, my vehicle was ready for me to take home by 3PM! Couldn't have expected better customer service! Thanks again! more

Never have had a bad experience here. Mark is always willing to help us out. He has fit me in last minute. It is great to find a mechanic that you can trust and he is that guy. I always know if he says what needs to be done really does. He is about customer service. I always tell people to go there. more

Oil Change Plug not tight 7/15/2013

I don't normaly get my oil changed by others. I like to do it myself so I know it gets done correctly. I took a chance and used the sale they had on Thursday night for an oil change. The mechanic seemed very knowledgeable. Thank god I dont' live very far away. The drain plug on the oil pan was not tight. When I got home I noticed a line of oil in the road and a puddle of oil under my vehicle in my driveway. I crawled under to look and hand tighten the plug. Not impressed at all. Lets see how they handle me when I go back to communicate this to them. Right now I would not recommend this business to anyone. If they can't get an oil change right how do you trust them on other repairs? more
