As a competitive triathlete and black belt martial artist in Tae Kwon Do for over 10 years, a sharp pain suddenly sidelined me in my right hip. The pain was so severe; I was physically unable to do the exercises I so much enjoyed. In fact, I could barely walk. For over 4 years, I sought help through an acupuncturist, a deep tissue masseuse, yoga, and a friend that was a chiropractor. Nothing helped. I had accepted that I would never run or do martial arts again, and that I would most likely live with pain. more

I cannot thank the team at BP Chiropractic Care enough for resolving the extreme pain that I was living with for over three months, and having the prospect of having to live with this pain for at least another 3 months if I’d continued down the NHS path, and also having to consume high strength pain killers for this same period of time; this was a very bleak future! BP Chiropractic Care`s service is outstanding value for money, friendly, conscientious, and informative, and I would recommend Samantha’s sports therapy / chiropractic service to anyone. more
