Called parts dept and was put on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up and called back to be put on hold for another 15 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone they could not even find the part I was needing. Had to send multiple pictures. All that for the wrong part to show up. Ended up using a dealer out of Texas (who were awesome). Would give negative stars if that was possible. more

Service dept is always helpful and quick. They will chat on me with the phone to make sure I'm understanding what my car is doing and let me know if something is an issue or not. more
