I was particularly pleased with my Sales Advisor's knowledge of the product. He described all the functions of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. In terms of his salesmanship, he was very professional and let me make the decision to buy--there was no pressure on his part. He was also courteous enough to ensure that I didn't let any "sales" special expire which helped in my decision to purchase the vehicle when I did. more

I was on vacation and needed to get back home and had a repair that was needed. Andy completed the repair the same day the vehicle was towed to the dealership. He was very professional. Keep kept me informed and completed the repair the same day. I probably will have my car serviced at San Diego instead of my hometown. Doug P. more

The entire BMW staff, starting with the Service Manager, Bill Schrader, and my Service Representative, Duane Bjerk, make me feel totally satisfied and comfortable with the quality of service provided. I find it is always that way when I bring my car to BMW of San Diego for repair.
