My car was not fixed properly at Mercedes-Benz of Novi until i bought my car to Okemos Auto Collection. My experience as a first time customer was a wonderful one and that mostly because of the fair price of the service and the Service Advisor, Dion Lu. He took the time to explain. He was committed to ensure that i happy with the service. He has come through on every promise made and i have received. I unequivocal recommend Okemos Auto Collection's Service Dept. more

Because the service department of any prestigious vehicle dealer is where customer loyalty is nurtured, many dealers claim to have great service departments. However, this dealership really IS the most reliably honest and politely professional group of people I have dealt with of all the Mercedes-Benz dealers I have experienced in the last 7 years. Believe me, I drive all the way from across the state because there's not one Mercedes dealer that can match them. more

After calling for a service apptmt., I received a date and time of my choice. When I arrived, Stephanie Tabor greeted me by name ( a nice touch,having never met before) but acknowledging a real appointment that meant something! Stephanie listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Very accommodating . My car was serviced and returned washed and vacuumed. Appreciated the whole experience. Thanks. more

I had a great experience with the Okemos Auto Collection! I was able to make my service appointment for a time that worked for me and was provided a service loaner. When they had diagnosed what was wrong with my BMW, my service advisor called me to explain the problem and I approved for the work to be done. They were very nice and kept me up to date on what was going on. I will definitely be coming back in the future! more

Just bought a used BMW 3 series from this dealership. Prior to delivery I had the car serviced and had several items fixed. Tim Tabor, the dealership manager, and the service department were wonderful to deal with. The car looks and runs great. more

The service adviser Dian was outstanding. He gave me a fair quote for some work on my BMW 3 series. It was significantly better than BMW dealers in Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor. Dian went above and beyond answering my questions and getting my car in even when the service center was booked out. All of the loaners were out but they were still able to give me a ride back home in Mason. Fantastic experience during a stressful time! more

I had my car towed to Okemos Auto after waking up to find it wouldn't start. I do a lot of traveling for work so this was terribly inconvenient. I spoke with Stephanie who was understanding of my situation and although they were extremely booked she said they would try and squeeze me in. My service advisor, Ed, was not only knowledgeable but punctual about letting me know what was happening with my BMW. They were able to fix my car the same day! I know that this might not always be the case but the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable that I can honestly say I wouldn't have been upset if I had to wait. Thank you for the great service! more

Our daughter attends MSU. The BMW she drives was purchased in Raleigh, NC where we live.\r Unexpectedly, the BMW developed a number of significant mechanical problems necessitating it being towed to Okemos BMW.\r \r Service Advisor, Dian Lu handled everything (from explaining the problems to having all repairs completed in a timely manner) politely, professionally and positively superbly. more

They did really good service. Service people are nice. And provide ride back(GL350), enjoy it!\r They usually very busy which means they provide good service. I drop my car at Okemos auto then w8 a day, the car is done. And they provide me a rid again pick me up again. I will purchase my next car in okemos auto. Then I can set loner car for during the service in future! more

I have been servicing my BMW's here for years and have had nothing but the best customer service from Paulette and Kent. They always give me the best advice regarding the maintenance that needs to be done to my cars, and they always provide a loaner car when I need one. I highly recommend using Paulette or Kent because they are easy to work with and always treat me like family. more

I have been a happy customer. They have always treated me with respect and try to help. I've bought 5 autos now from Okemos and looking forward to my next purchase with them. Steve, Jeff, Tim, Kent, Ed and many others have always said hello to me and make me feel at home. The Finace manager is very knowledgeable and helpful not pushy like I've seen from other dealers. You can tell they care about you and want you to make a good decision from which car to choose. I highly recommend meeting and working with this team. more
