I'd like to recommend Mr. Michael Salemi for his excellent customer service in the purchase of my 2013 BMW. I have had a great service from Mr. Salemi, especially after comparing it to my experiences at other BMW dealers. \r He immediately approached me with a pleasant attitude, patiently answered all my questions, and showed me all the different models/colors I wanted to see, with no pressure at all. He spent a great amount of time searching for the best possible deal, and stayed late to close the deal. \r He also followed up with me after the deal was made for some finishing details. He patiently showed me how to use and navigate through the car's monitor, and offered me to call him with any further question. Overall excellent customer service. He made my car transaction a very nice experience. Again, outstanding experience. more

Great Service and help from Vlaho Miletak !!!\r I bought a BMW 328i 2012 last week and he helped me with the right vehicle according to my budget/requirements etc. \r Also helped with a great deal and worked with the finance guys closely to get the formalities in place.\r I recommend going to this BMW center over the Stevens Creek one ( Any Day !!!! ) more

Great service from Vlaho Miletak 3/21/2012

I had a great experience at BMW Mt. View. I worked with Vlaho Miletak. It was my first time purchasing a used car, I had always leased. Vlaho helped me determine the best plan for my finances. They took me on several test drives to explain all of the features and benefits of the different cars I was looking at. I did not feel pressured at all, and took my time to make the best decision. I drove out in a new 528i, and could not have been happier. I would definitely recommend Vlaho and BMW Mt. View to anyone in the market for a new beamer. more

Great experience!! 2/1/2012

This was my first time buying a beamer, was totally confused with which dealer to go with. Glad I finalized on BMW of mountain view for my 2012 X3 purchase. They not only gave me the best price as compared to all other BMW dealers in 50 mile radius, but on arrival of my vehicle, Raj gave me a thorough 2 hr presentation on the various features of my the car. Would definitely suggest this dealer to frnds.... more

It was one of the easiest BMW buying experience in our case. This is our 4th Beemer! I could have gotten a possibly a bit lower price but being my neighborhood dealer ship where I go for my service all the time. I sincerely wanted to take my business to them and Vlaho made it a really painless and immensely painless rather quite pleasant experience:) No doubt his acquaintance was worth more than a few 100s I might have saved. I am sure Vlaho and dealership shall be available graciously any time, I shall need and this does have a lot of meaning and value for me. more

This is the place to purchase your next vehicle 12/15/2011

This is my second purchase from BMW Mountain View. I have had nothing but great experiences when working with the sales and service crew. Vlaho and Scott in particular did a wonderful job. We never felt rushed or belittled like we did at several other SF bay area dealerships. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. more
