Way better than the alternative Most BMW buyers know what they want, since BMW has clearly the most performance-oriented line of lux-cars on the market. My sales consultant at BMW of Dallas, Emery S., knew EVERYTHING about the product and is the best informed car salesperson I've ever encountered in my life (and I'm a serial car buyer). I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a BMW. The other BMW dealer in the Dallas area has a lousy sales staff compared to BMW of Dallas - the sales staff there doesn't know and doesn't care about what it's selling. more

Great service at the Parts Department Just wanted to let anyone interested know my visit to the BMW of Dallas parts and service department was great. I went to order replacement keys for my BMW and was assisted by a Mr. Brown who was friendly and very knowledgeable and made the experience great, the keys are on their way and all is good. BMW of Dallas I have personally owned 3 BMWs and 1 Mini Cooper, all purchased from BMW & Mini of Dallas since 2004. My mother, upon my referral, has also purchased 2 vehicles from BMW of Dallas. The sales staff is knowledgeable, the service team is accomodating, and they seem to hold it all together in a location that, not by their choice, is significantly under construction by the city of Dallas/DART. I always receive timely call backs, am provided alternative contact numbers for my sales and service reps, and am met with a smile when I walk in the door. True BMW lovers know they are getting a top of the line vehicle that deserves a different caliber of support; more professional and knowledgeable staff and of course a maintenance program with BMW that out does all the rest. Definitely shop with BMW of Dallas. They are the best! more
