BMS Air Quality Specialist installed a complete unit in my home June 2013 they did not tells that we only had 1 yr labor warranty till today 9/11/2014 when this company sent their techs out to install our the techs told us they didn't know what they were doing after they installed the unit they left without ac for 2 days in the summer time it was horrible for my family my mother in law is diabetic has asthma and other medical conditions she had to suffer do to them not know if how to do their jobs came winter we couldn't understand why we had no heat the company refused to come check the system theyou told my mother in law they had no one to send there for we had to pay someone to come check the system come to find out the wiring in the attic was done wrong fast coward for March 2014 it was around the time we needed to use the ac for cooling we were only getting heat once again we called the company you they sent a guy out he said oh its the thermostat said he would come back to put a new one he never came back so once again we had to pay someone to come check it the gentleman had to rig the wiring so we could get cool air I contacted the company again today and they refuse to send someone out to fix the unit I told them we have a leak in my daughters room and the emergency drain line is leaking bad the receptionist pretty much washed her hands clean told me I could pay for someone to come out I shouldn't have to pay for anything when the company knows they are at fault we have had no this but problems with the system and the company the owner refuses to speak with us and the receptionist refuses to give us there information I have reported them.
