I had called to speak with someone to open a non-profit account. After being told I would receive a phone call in a half-hour, I received no call. I went in to the bank and there were two tellers and one person working the office. No one at the front desk! After speaking to a teller and asking him to let her know we were there, he said take a seat and she'll be with you when she is done. We listened to this ""business talk"" which sounded more like a social event for a while before deciding that if we were being treated this way for trying to start an account, how are they with their customers who have an account there? We have had previous trouble with Harris in the past. I had hoped they had done better for themselves, but have not. What a disappointing experience and a waste of time!! I would NEVER recommend this bank to a friend! (or anyone in that case)
