This is by far the best Steakhouse in Charlotte. I had the Ribeye and Jalapeno Mashed potatoes. We were treated like royalty by our server, Patrick. He was very gracious and attentive. It is obvious that he likes his job. I can't wait to return. more

A Great Addition to The Ritz Carlton Uptown, Modern and Chic 8/4/2010

I've had the privilege of eating dinner quite a few times at BLT Steak and every time it has been a pleasure. The service is hands down the best in town and you truly get what you pay for inside these doors. The ambiance can be seen as hectic because of it's open floor plan which tends to be a bit loud at times, but it's all fun and adds to the experience. more
