I stayed here one night, clean and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my small chihuahua with me, so they gave me a room near the back door on the first floor.

We booked this hotel because all of the downtown hotels were very expensive because of the taste of chicago. This hotel was a very nice price. The hotel it's self was clean and updated. Nice outdoor pool. We took the shuttle to and from the blue line everyday. The shuttle drivers were great! We were leary about having to wait for them when we returned to the train station at night but they were waiting for us! Not downtown but for the price and the service they offer to get downtown you can't beat it! And parking is FREE! Any hotel downtown will cost $$$ to park more

My family stayed here for one night. The hotel was very busy with tour groups but it was older folks so no behavior problems. :-) Very convenient to the interstates and less than a mile away from many restaurants. Easy drive to the Bellwood Metra station--30 minute train ride to the heart of downtown Chicago. more

We were unsure what we were getting when booking this hotel as we were unfamiliar with the Chicago area. This ended up being perfect. Not too far from the downtown attractions, but far enough that you weren't swarmed by people 24/7. Will be staying whenever we return to Chicago. more

American Airlines canceled the last leg of our trip home to San Francisco. Airline experience from Hell! We recieved a voucher for a portion of our stay here. We checked in at about 1:30am and the staff were wonderful. There was no problem w/ late check out the next day as our flight was not until 4:30 pm. The in house food venue had a reasonable $ Sunday Brunch. They provide 24 hour shuttle service to OHare. For not having a choice in places to stay this was bright spot in an other wise miserable trip home. American Airlines never again. more

I went to the company's Christmas party at this hotel and because of the open bar at the party I desided to get a room here. The non smoking room I had was a nice size and clean. Located right off the expressway so it make travel easy. The employees was friendly. Was a good place to stay. more

My wife and I went on a group bus tour to Chicago and Indianapolis with friends. Home base for Chicago was this hotel for four nights. for what we were told would be a budget hotel, we were surprised how well maintained and comfortable this hotel is. It is a former Holiday Inn that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western. It was originally built as a conference center and has several meeting and banquet rooms. We stayed in two different rooms and both were well maintained and comfortable. more

We stayed in a King room. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Rate was way better than downtown and the drive was not bad. We ate breakfast one morning and enjoyed that also. We were doing most our sight seeing in Oak Park, this was a quick drive on the Eisenhower. more

I've been in so many countries,so many hotels, from south america to the middle east to europe & usa,, from my experience for 3 days @ this hotel.. I REALLY LIKE IT,, food is good & great price too & for sure i would recommend this hotel to everybody & for sure i'll be back everytime need to stay in chicago !! more
