We had a very unpleasant stay at the Best Western Downtown Motel in Duluth, MN. We had issues with the key card and the door knob/lock our entire stay which resulted us having to go to the front desk every time we wanted to enter our room!! We had items STOLEN from our room and when we informed the manager, she was more interested in her housekeeper's reputation than helping us. I was very disgusted with our stay and will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend it. more
