Honest, professional, on time, fair priced. I called on Sunday morning, very early, expecting to leave a voice mail, and Joann answered. She was out with her rig and installed a new pump right away. I couldn't ask for more! I called 2 other companies and neither would come out. I wish all businesses ran this way. more

Great Service 4/5/2011

I called B&E for a difficult repair job in Dickinson, TX. Joan and her crew were fast, efficient, clean, and couldn't have been nicer. They resolved all our issues and their price for the repairs was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs water well repair service. more

great service company, they were here when we needed them 3/25/2008

I showed up to work this moning , the last thing i needed was the pump in our water well th be out.\r I called other companies and never heard back after an hour I found B-E ' S phone # and had the whole crew here in about 30 minutes. Long story short the 100 or so employees and the owners needed the \r water service restored and by 1:00 this afternoon we were back in business. We all thank you.\r Control Flow Inc. more

Excellent Service! 3/13/2008

Our pump on our well went out one afternoon. B-E responded immediatly and were at our house within an hour. They had our new pump installed before dark! The price seemed very fair! All employees were very courteous, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for any service or repair work. Pros: Quick service, good price, nice people more

Exceptional Service Company 1/2/2008

These folks drilled my water well in 1985. Since then, they have responded immediately to every service call that I have made. They have replaced the pump and the pitted gavanized well pipe about 10 years or so ago. They have replaced the pop-off valve, the bladder tank, pressure switch, etc. They have always been there when they said they would and I have never felt overcharged. I would refer them to anyone...just as I have to my mother (who has used them for at least 10 years herself). Pros: Service Oriented, Friendly, Trustworthy more
