BBQ Grill Outlet

I highly recomended them! It was 2 weeks from when I walked in the door with a design for a BBQ island with a firepit table top till it was installed. 1st week was back and forth a few times with changes, than next week they build it out, and had it installed Friday. The installers were prompt, very kind, and done a great job. I am already thinking of a lower firepit to have them build. more

We were all set to have an outdoor BBQ island (frame and backer board) built and installed by another company (BBQ's Galore in Brea) when I happened to come across BBQ Grill Outlet on the internet. We are so glad we chose BBQ Grill Outlet instead! Not only was their product far superior in quality, custom work and options but, believe it or not, it was nearly half the price! Because of City building codes, we didn't want to build an island out of concrete blocks that would have required cutting into our existing concrete patio and pouring concrete footings. Instead, we opted for an island made with a steel frame and waterproof concrete backer board that could be covered with one's choice of stucco or stone. Tony, Production Manager at BBQ Grill Outlet, helped design an island to our exact needs and specifications, patiently working out all of the myriad details and making extra changes at the last minute without complaint or extra cost. He really knew what he was talking about and was so understanding of our needs. The BBQ island frame is a very well-made, mostly welded structure bolted to the ground, and the backer board was installed afterwards, so there is no gap between the base of the counter and our concrete patio, even where the ground slopes for drainage. That last detail really sold me because our island now looks like and really is a permanent structure instead of a moveable cart, which is what the other company's islands look like. Actually, the first thing that really impressed me about BBQ Grill Outlet was their website, because they provide the customer with a lot of helpful information, including building one's own grill, if you so choose (we're not that handy!) They also list the cost per linear foot for the basic island structure - which was what stopped me in my tracks when I compared their price to what I was almost going to pay the other company! BBQ Grill Outlet is also very flexible and was willing to build just the basic structure for us (our BBQ equipment and materials were already lined up before we knew of their existence.) Frankly, building a beautiful backyard BBQ is never ""cheap,"" by the time you pay for the grill, counter top, drawers, sink, etc., but if you want a truly custom, quality BBQ you will enjoy for years - at a much more reasonable price - BBQ Grill Outlet is the place to go to. I am writing this rave review because I am really thankful for the great product and service I received, believe BBQ Grill Outlet should be recognized for this, and want others to benefit from it, too. I probably sound like a shill for BBQ Grill Outlet, but I'm a real (happy!) customer. I went to both the El Toro and Santa Ana Locations to buy fire glass from the store. In the El Toro location the sales people were not knowledgeable on their own products and kept having to call the Santa Ana location for the answer to almost every question I had about the fire glass and fire glass pebbles. I took home some samples and tried them out a decided I liked them. So when I finally decided to buy the product the first told me one of the samples on display was not in stock and they didn't sell it. So I revised my order and I drove up to the Santa Ana location to ask a few more questions and buy/pick up my order. When I got up there all the product they had WAS NOT THE SAME as the samples. The samples were nicer iridescent pebble and the product they sold me was the cheaper non-iridescent pebbles. After some discussion with ""the person in charge of ordering the pebbles"" he became rude and irritated and basically told us to buy what he had as the product or don't, he didn't care. I told him he should take down his samples and replace them with his ACTUAL product because it is misleading and he said he wouldn't. Even one of his own employees came up to him and said these aren't the same stones as the samples and boss didn't seem to care. He didn't even attempt to fix the situation by calling the manufacturer to see if they could send us the proper stones. he had a complete ""take it or leave it"" attitude and clearly did not care about the well being of his customers. We felt like we had no choice because they seemed to be the cheapest vendor of the stones, so reluctantly we bought them but not before making sure that the stones are returnable (which they are as long as the bag isn't open). This rude service prompted me to do some more research. I found the same pebbles with iridescence like we wanted for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper from The Garden of Glass in Arizona. The names of the colors are different but that's only because BBQ Grill outlet repackages the pebbles and changes the names so you think they are different and you cant find the ""same fire glass pebbles"" anywhere else. We bought more fire glass pebbles from the Arizona store and the stones look great and the people there were kind and polite, they acted like they actually wanted our business unlike most of the employees and BBQ Grill Outlet. We are going to happily returned all the unopened bags of pebbles to the BBQ Grill Outlet very soon because they tried to pull and BAIT AND SWITCH on us and were rude. The owner of the store who is probably the same guy who was rude to us needs to take a look at himself and his employees because they are gonna make him lose money. It should be noted that not all the employees were rude or didnt care but there was more than one at more than one location. To anyone out there who has bought the fire glass pebbles from this store recently, double check your order against your samples because the most recent lot of fire glass pebbles they are selling you ARE NOT THE SAME as the samples they showed you. They are showing you nicer more expensive fire glass pebbels and selling you cheaper pebbles. more

The island looks fabulous, wonderful, terrific, outstanding, exceptional...we love it!!! All of your ""guys"" are exceptional from their work to the good manners. It was a pleasure to work with them when they came out to the house...The clean up was great and Eileen was so gracious and on top of everything- that's why everthing went so smoothly. Thank you guys for my new backyard paradise! more

The Fire Magic Echelon 660i with the Magic View Window is the Mercedes of grills. I can say that the window is absolutely worth the money. As far as cleaning the inside of the window, it only needs a Clorex wipe or a sparay of degreaser...maybe one a month, not bad at all. We are very pleased with our entire setup and island construction, and your excellent service. Thanks again. more
