Recently had to have major repair plumbing job done. Mr. Paul was very honest and upstanding. He and his trustworthy assistant completed the job. One month later another problem came up - literally and his excellent customer service skills came out and repaired everything. Thank you so much - Praying your business increases. We need more honest hardworking professionals!!!! I highly recommend!!! more

Air Conditioning Repair 7/22/2013

After hearing what sounded wrong from another company, I called B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air and ran it by them. They said they would be happy to come look at it when they had a free slot later *the same day*. The tech who came out seemed much more knowledgeable and more geared towards having a long term customer and doing the right thing. The other company just wanted to sell a new install, new and more service plans... Yes! they sure can sell. Not sure what else they can do. Great service, punctual and skilled. Was very pleased all around and happy to have found a company to continue performing AC service for us. more

HVAC Repair 7/22/2013

I am beyond please with my B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air experience. We have been having trouble with our heat and had a personal friend quote us around $700 for a new gas valve. Our friend, however, did not renew his insurance for manufactured homes so we had to find another company. Luckily for us, we found B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air. We called on a Friday afternoon and they were out by 12:00 on Monday. To my surprise our technician advised that we didnt need an entirely new valve we only needed our current one unclogged. We had advised them of the diagnosis provided to us previously, so they definitely could have taken advantage of us. Instead they saved us over $500. I cannot say enough about this company. In this economy it is really refreshing to find a business that cares about honesty and integrity. I give B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air 5 toasty, honest stars; one for every $100 I saved. Thank you B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air!!! more

The best customer service and immediate response I have ever experienced.I highly recommend this company, the owner himself came out and helped work through my problems and gave me a honest resolution that saved me a lot of money, even though it cost him time and money. more

My overall experience with B&B Plumbing, Heating and Air was excellent. I saw a technician working on my next door neighbor`s unit and asked him for his card. I just moved into the area and wanted somebody reliable. I saw many advertisements and had other neighbor`s recommendation but I didn`t act on them. I`m glad, that I found Palm Coast Heating & Air, since they like to prevent things from happening rather than having to fix them later. Also, I like to use a company that I can trust, which is the case with B&B Plumbing, Heating and Air. more

My Trane system is seven years and B&B Plumbing, Heating and Air takes great care of it. I know with the maintenance I recieve from B&B Plumbing, Heating and Air. It will help me get several more years out of my Trane system. more
