When I arrived to B.A.T. Boys for my appt., I was greated with a fiendly smile. They came and immediately took my vehicle back to do the work! It actually took a little less time than they estimated! I think BAT Boys know how to work on cars. I just wish they would have determined what was wrong with mine the first time. Then on the second visit I do not think I was communicated with properly. Having said this, the service was finally accurate and my car is fixed. more

Honesty and Integriaty 6/26/2013

While in Branson on vacation my car broke down. He was fast to find the problem, however the part we needed had to over-nighted and the next day my car was repaired and delivered to me at the resorte my wife and I were staying. The only thing I can say, I wish this shop was close to me so I could take all my repairs there. more

Explanations 6/22/2013

Best customer service I've ever experienced in any situation. The fact I was shown what the suspected problem was before it was fixed. And shown back to the car twice so I could actually see what it was was amazing. BAT is going to be my shop from now on. Great group there more

Buzz, the owner, personally helped us. He got us in immediately. After the repairs were complete he showed us the part that was replaced and explained why he had to replace it. I would recommend BAT Boys to anyone requiring maintenance in Branson, MO. more

2006 Chevy SSR coolant leak 5/28/2013

During our visit to Branson, it was a Saturday morning, I discovered I had a coolant leak running out from under my SSR. I looked up auto repair shops on the internet and B.A. T. Boys, had good reviews so I called and they were open. When Jeremy discovered the leak and it would need a new coolant tank, I didn't think that there would be a part for this pretty rare little truck. But they found the part locally and we were finished and ready to travel in no time. I was amazed that I found someone to fix my problem on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! If I lived in Branson these guys would get ALL my business, we are used to waiting days to get nearly anything fixed in Houston on any car, much less the little Chevy Super Sport Roadster! more

While visiting from out of town, took vehicle to B.A.T. Boys after reading reviews. Buzz was very accommodating when he "squeezed" us in quickly without an appointment. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. After completion, they showed the problem parts with a full explanation of work. Great job! more
