My family and I have been patients of both Dr. Shah and Dr. Patel for quite some time. I am very happy with everything. Never before have I had a physician take the time to talk to me and be so compassionate during my office visit by listening to me. I know many, many of their patients and have seen how the staff go out of their way to accomodate each person. I can usually get a same day visit or at least a phone call or rx called in during a timely manner. Also, I believe the staff currently in the office is the best staff every employed there! They all seem to really pitch in and help each other out. And they know who I am with a smile when I walk in the door. I honestly don't mind waiting to be seen because I know once I go in, I have their undivided attention and appreciate them working me in even when they are completely booked for the day. That tells me they care a LOT. Thanks for taking care of my family and friends!
