No nonsense facillty for folks that want to use weights to improve themselves. Large Squat, Press, and Deadlift areas. Two Dumbell areas. Has a reverse-hyper, and a Glute-Ham raise. Several Dip and Chin-up stations.\r

Has a whole room set up just for combat and strongman/heavy conditioning training.\r

Limited, but well-maintained cardio machines.
