B & W Battery

made arrangements on 11-24-14 to get car fixed on 11-26-14, took a day off work used vacation Took the car up there @9;00 am like I was told to ,then they say we can't do it today ! Never in 38 years of doing business with B&W Battery until 11-26 -26 ,they did not want to fix my car I was furious .Called back on 12-1 to complain that since they did not keep the agreed appointment it cost me $ 624,95 to get my altenater fixed ,the man told me he did not want my business, need my business & that it was stupid for using vacation to get the car fixed ! Needless to say ,I did what was right to make an appointment & expect them to honor . Sounds like they do not need my business or anybody elses ! I will not promote or refer any of my friends or associates to be disrespected by the ungratefull employee of B&W Battery.I rater this company - 0 Never use them again ! more

B&W have been here a very long time. They stand behind their work. Great to do business with. They rebuilt my alternator in a very short time. Work great until I sold the vehicle years later. more

Plus: They are very honest and affordable. At least, I believe that they were incredibly honest with me. I took my car to them for a second opinion. They told me that the first opinion I had received was half incorrect and that I really only needed a new alternator...which they put in for half the price of the previous establishment I visited. I think that they saved me around $800 by not fixing things that really didn't need to be fixed. My car ran great until I sold it...a long time after they had fixed it. more
