Shady and deceptive practices. I contacted BTU for an inspection on my furnace, advertised and explained to me as free. However after looking at my unit for less than 15 minutes the owner presented me a bill for $80. Shame on you Joe for being so deceitful, I will tell everyone I know to avoid you. more
