This club deserves 0 stars, not 1! Very rude unprofessional staff everywhere, personal trainers look like they just want to chat with people who paid for personal training, I was watching how they "train" and it is just sad. Also a very dirty old facility. more

I have been a member of several different gyms over the years and from my experience this gym is poorly run. My family has had a horrible experience being members here. The membership director lacks appropriate tact being rude and arrogant and obnoxious. Screams and yells in front of members, embarassing them, lying, and does not posess the personality to be in that position. Since I have been a member, there have been multiple problems and complaints. Members and employees are no longer there because of this person. I have seen people in tears. The club has lost members that would not renew and have joined other local gyms. The owners have no customer service skills either. Myself and friends of mine have tried numerous times over the past few yrs to contact them and they refuse to return calls or aknowledge issues. There is a front desk employee who is a relative of an owner. This person is cold, does not greet u warmly or look at you or smile when u come into the gym. The Kids Camp more
