I called BP Plumbing on my travels back from a business trip, completely overwhelmed because my house had no running water or working plumbing. My daughter and my mother were in the house alone and I was 6 hours away. I made several calls to other local plumbing services that could not make the service call for a minimum of 2 days out from the day I called. Completely unacceptable! BP Pluming made arrangements to be at my house the next morning! Arriving first thing, BP assessed the issue and completed extensive work on my house in less than 2 hours. Work was completed professionally and upon completion the work area was cleaned and arranged as it was found. I am a single mother and had initial concerns of the cost of expedited work. Much to my surprise BP plumbing not only charged a fair and reasonable price, but went beyond my expectations and quote costs ensuring that all units were working properly before leaving the job. I would highly recommend BP Plumbing and will absolutely continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. more

looked up via the net this am to find a local plumber to help me fix an ongoing bathtub leaking faucet. Based on the reviews I read I called Brian and he was at my door within 4 hours to fix a problem that I thought might require cutting through a wall to access the faucet. He was able to fix the problem quickly and very reasonably without the need to do that. He lives almost around the corner from me and due to his response time and very personal manner he is now on my go-to-list for plumbing problems in the future. Thank you Brian. more

saved us a lot of money..we had a 2nd floor bathroom leak trickling down the wall below it. Mr. Rooter said our stack needed to be replaced and wanted $3800 to line the stack or $5400 to replace it. \r \r We called Brian for a second opinion. He said the problem was a leak in the horizontal pipe that connects to the stack.. not the stack, and confirmed his diagnosis when he tore the wall open. The whole repair cost $850. \r \r Brian was very knowledgeable and personable. We will use him again if needed. more

My wife found water all over the basement floor Wednesday night. My hot water tank finally died. That night, before going to bed, I did a search on the internet for local plumbers and came across B P Plumbing. I called them (Brian) in the morning and got a very reasonable quote over the phone. Brian was at my house by 10 AM, removed the old hot water tank, installed the new one, cleaned up the mess and removed the old tank when he left. I highly recommend BP Plumbing.
