If you choose to buy from Mundel's Furniture, just know that if your order is not delivered in a timely manner it will take several calls and a lot of persistence to have the order corrected. Rather than say not to buy from this store, I say buy with caution. Mr. Mundel will eventually make things right. I have upgraded the rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. more

We ordered a Washer and Dryer that we needed very badly from Randy Mundel. We waited 3 weeks for delivery of the items. Every time we would call he would give us another story why we had not received our merchandise for delivery. Meanwhile, Synchrony Bank had already billed us for the Washer and Dryer and continues to bill us every month. We are paying for merchandise that we do not have.. Mr. Mundel assured us that he would reverse the charges and it has now been over a month and we keep getting "the run around." This all started started in April----can you believe it!!! It is now July!! This business is not reputable. The staff are very polite and try to resolve the problems presented to them, but when you have a non cooperative owner who gives one after another excuses, what can the staff do? Stay away from this business!! We wish we had read the online reviews before we went to this store. Buyer be Ware!!! more

We ordered out furniture over four months ago and we have talked with them several times and they still don't have our furniture or any guess as to when it will be delivered. we ordered it on our Mundles credit card and they are expecting us to pay 200$ this month on it and we refuse until we get our furniture. They will not even let us cancel our order because they said it was a special order, however they never told us that and it is not stated on our receipt. I am truly upset and I can promise you the BBB will be involved and I will never be purchasing anything from them again. We got 2600 dollars worth of furniture to be treated like this! more

I was very unhappy with the way I was treated while browsing here recently. My husband and I were looking for a bedroom suite and the salesman here was very overbearing and pushy and refused to allow us to just look on our own. When we didn't find anything we liked, let alone anything that we would pay those ridiculous prices for, he literally told us where the door to leave was! more
