The B&J Auto Body Shop off of East Bidwell in Folsom/Rancho Cordova is outstanding! They..\r \r -Gave me great customer service and were very empathetic over my situation.\r -Communicated with me very well, and frequently called to give me updates on how my car was doing, and also communicated well with the insurance company of the individual who had damaged my car.\r -Finished the job very well and in a timely manner...in fact my car looks better than it did before the accident!\r -Went above and beyond, and when I got my car back not only was it in even better condition, but they detailed my car inside and out, fixed my AC, and provided me with a bottle of paint touch-up all for no extra cost!\r \r I would very much recommend this company and I'm very impressed with its employees. Now I'm back on the road and stress free as if it never happened! more

I took my Santa Fe here to be repaired and it took them almost 4 weeks to repair, when they told me it would be 2 1/2. When the car was finally ready, I picked it up on a Friday night, and it broke down the next night on the freeway. When I called to have it towed, they accused me of doing something to the car. When I called Monday morning to find out what was wrong with the car, the guy didn't even know it was there! It turns out that the radiator fluid was low (or they forgot to refill it when they put it back in the car!) They also replaced my muffler system with a non-factory system that made all sorts of horrible noise, and not until I complained about it did they think to try to repair my old one. My car was never really the same after the accident, but I was hoping for a little more effort to try to get it there on the part of the repair shop. more
