I had another company tell me I needed to replace my AC unit. I wanted a second opinion, and was referred to Mr. Hipp. He showed up on time and did a complete inspection of my AC unit. He also took the time to show and explain things to me. Since I know nothing about air conditioning, that really meant a lot. He showed me what was wrong with it, fixed it. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars. Mr. Hipp also called about 3 weeks after he was here to make sure everything was good. Very high recommendations!! more

I hired Brian Hipp to install my heating and AC unit. He installed it with a make-shift filter set up. It took me 2 years to get him to come out and fix it. When he did fix it the visible grate that he installed was bent and looked terrible. I could have done a better job doing it myself. At that time I prepaid him for a second maintenance service on my unit. I scheduled 2 appointments for him to come do the service and he didn't show up for either. When I hired another company to service the unit they informed me that the outdoor part of my unit was not installed ""to code"" and needed to be fixed or they would not service the unit in the future. When I contacted Brian about this he said he would fix it but then once again didn't show for the appointment. At this point Brian Hipp owes me $79 for the maintenance service he never did and $307.84 for the disconnect box he did not install on my outdoor unit. I will be taking him to small claims court. DO NOT USE HIM for any service!!! more
