Arrived within 24 hours to fix an appliance, but saw a potential upcoming problem. The appliance did break, as predicted, after using it only once following the initial--and only--visit. We made daily attempts to speak to a service technician at B & H, then simply made requests for a return call, then we spent multiple days asking for info related to the initial visit, being that no paperwork was provided after the initial fix occurred. B & H was unorganized, indifferent, and completely unresponsive, electing not to call back (for more than a week), then filed a complaint with the manufacturer saying that we deliberately damaged the machine--a move made by B & H within hours of our indicating (in a professional, non-threatening manner) that we would be calling the corporate headquarters of the manufacturer to identify another local firm to service the appliance.
