I have a 20 year old tractor that I hope will continue to run for a long time to come. Fortunately, B&G has been instrumental in getting it this far, and I will count on them to keep it running in the future. Each time I have needed service, they picked up my tractor fixed it and returned it at what I considered to be a reasonable cost. I feel like I can trust them and therefore based on my experiences I would recommend them. more

I have had nothing but good service from B&G. They have done a good job on many repairs to my ride-on mower. Pickup and delivery service is a real plus. They stand by their work. more

Never Again 10/5/2011

My snow blower broke early in the winter of 2011, a very snowy year. I had them pick it up, $45. They look at it, $300 estimate. Even though it was ten years old, I told them to fix it. A couple weeks later, still waiting on parts, estimate up to $450. A couple weeks later, starting to work on it, estimate up to $550. When is it read? Mid-April. And they want $650 for it!!!! I could have bought a new one for $800. Never Again. I'm finding some other place to get my power equipment serviced. more

BUYER BEWARE-JOE HOMEOWNER BEWARE 4/4/2011

I brought my riding lawn mover to this place to have the belts changed and a tune-up which includes oil change,sharpen blades,and several other items they include on their list of things they are suppose to do. They had it for a week.When I picked it up and brought it home I looked around and found that they hadn't sharpened the blades or greased it. I also noticed they hadn't changed the belts. more

GREAT SERVICE !! 2/8/2011

Called this company because my snow blower stopped working in the middle of a snow storm. B&G (who picks up and delivers) was caring and honest when i called in a panic. Even tho they were backed up with so many snow blower repairs, pickups, deliveries, etc. they were able to fit me in to their schedule and fix my snow blower and return it b4 another snow storm hit us. Thanks B&G equipment. I will make sure to tell everyone I know what a great company and great service you have! more
