I have had the worst experience ever with this repair shop. I asked for a diagnosis of my vehicular problem and clearly stated that I needed my battery tested. They charged me $78 for the diagnostics and told me they didn't discover any problems other than needing spark plugs. Well they LIED! My car wouldn't start the very next night and I had it towed to the dealership where they were able to diagnose my issues! My battery wasn't charging/working properly! Something that SHOULD have been detected at B&G Auto! I can't believe they flat out lied and practically stole my money. My car doesn't even have 60,0000 miles on it and was manufactured in 2011 and they replaced spark Plugs that were ""worn"" how could they determine my plugs were bad but not see that my battery was bad.....they LIED and NEVER RAN DIAGNOSTICS!!!! more

This place was recommended to me by a coworker. So I took my car there in good faith. They checked it over gave a price and a time to be back. So 8 hrs later I return after work expecting my car to be ready. My car was still sitting in the same place I left it that morning. No call, no nothing. Pissed, I return the next day to my new surprise. My bill is $200 more then they told me. They put the extra part on without telling me or informing me of the new price. I told them I didn't have the extra $ at that time so they took the part off so I had to have my car towed to another shop. They were so rude! I will NEVER waste my time at this place again. more

I failed emissions with a rear O2 sensor. They fixed it in about an hour, and did it for $50-$200 less than other quotes I recieved from the area. Passed emissions and was on my way. No muss, no fuss, no BS. Pros: affordable, efficient Cons: ...? more

Honest. Reasonably priced. Personable. Excellent experience. Have been taking cars there for many many years. Pros: Reasonably priced, Good Work, Good location, Good Service Cons: I have to see them when my cars aren't working more
