    After neglecting myself for three years and adding on 50lbs., in Dec. of 2007 I decided to contact a personal trainer to help me get back on track. Working hard on my own for months I was only able to lose about 10 lbs. This is where the magic of Lola Avazova comes in.


    When I started working with her I was a size 16 and struggling to lose weight. Lola encouraged me through the whole process, and was so inspiring that I made the decision to compete as a Figure Competitor. She pushed me to achieve my best, even when I wasn't sure I could do it. What faith Through diet and work outs from Lola I competed in a figure competition as a size 4 in September of 2008. Can you believe it? Forty-one years old, 5'11" and a size 4. I may not have the perfect body, but it's perfect for me. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel fantastic. Without Lola's advice, training and encouragement I couldn't have done it.     What is B-Fit's Outdoor Boot Camp?
    B-Fit's Boot Camp is a fun and effective one hour workout designed to develop functional conditioning,muscular endurance,agility and flexibility. Monday and Friday workouts emphasize weight training with body bars,resistance bands,medicine balls and body weight calisthenics. Wednesday s workout focus is on cardiovascular endurance through fitness drills and other group activities. These workouts are designed to help trim and tone your body. If you dedicate yourself to the workouts and follow the nutrition plan,you will begin to see results after the first couple of weeks. What's great about this Boot Camp is that it's for all fitness levels -- so even if you are a beginner,the group setting will motivate and keep you going the entire hour!
