No communications between the office scheduler ,and the customer. They sat on my check for 20 days. When I called and give them a drop dead date to coat my driveway. It was like a revenge service on my driveway. The service absolutely looks like a 5 years old did it. There are 3 different colors and 2 textures on my driveway. They left copious amounts of overspray on my garage. ( light gray and white) Don't bother to call them as they won't respond. They delay coating to do paving. The rating I'm giving them is way too generous. Save your money and go to a reliable contractor. more

I was not impressed with their customer service or their product. I was told that I would be notified 1-2 days before work was done, they just showed up at my house to do prep work without notifying me or going to the door and letting my wife know who was at home at the time. They cut my underground dog fence without letting us know until I got home. I contacted them at 5:30 and was told Brad Anderson would call back, well I called them back again at 8:30. Brad said that they could fix it with a wire nut without even looking at it. Well, I ended up fixing it because a wire nut was not going to fix the problem and they would not come out until the next day which doesn't help keep my dog in. I was then given the bill with no discount. I contacted them again and they said I would have to talk to Brad. Well, when Brad finally called be back he didn't feel it was their fault the underground wire was cut and didn't feel a discount was needed. After talking to him he finally asked if a $10 discount was good enough even though he didn’t agree, what a slap in the face! It took me 2 hours to fix the mess that they created. Their product isn't very good, it is basically a very thin spray on sealer that doesn't fill in any hairline (very small) cracks. I highly recommend that you look for a different company and product. more
