Our insurance company contacted B&D to pull our van out from mud. Our Insurance agent said we were covered for 15 feet from the road (our van was no more then 5 feet from the road) Bill came out, took care of things and seemed very nice. However about an hour later I received a hateful message from the owner Bob, saying that we refused payment and that we owed $25 more than what our insurance covers. I returned his call and told him what my insurance had told me. He said he had it on video where we refused to pay. I asked him if I could make an appointment with him to see the video because I know we did not refuse to pay. He would never set up an appointment. He asked me if he I thought he should believe me, a first time customer over a long time employee. I just told him that we never refused payment and if he had it on video I would most likely like to see the video. I told him that I would contact my inurance company to see what was going on which I did, and he said he would do the same and that he would be calling me back. I called my insurance company they in turn called him to straigten this out while I was on the phone. About an hour later, he called and left another rude message on my machine saying it wasn't his falut, but I did not owe anything. NO APOLOGY from him. If you want customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Cons: Asked for payment when insurance was paying 100% and VERY POOR Customer service.
