They treat all customers equally (esp. women) and never try to sell you more than what is needed or about to be needed.
They give straight advice - Example: they let me know that my tires would be due for replacement in another 10K miles; later I had to go to Firestone for a flat I developed in one tire and Firestone told me I should replace my tires now as they were very worn :(. Who do I believe? Definitely Bryon and Doug - NOT Firestone.
Pros: Better than competitive prices; Perfectionist; Integrity
Cons: I am in Manhattan Beach and they are in Glendora (210/57)
