Not very pleased with B&B's phone service. Twice now in the past 6mos have made payment on time if not in advance only to receive dozen of insufficient fund messages in reply after attempting to send/receive a text or a call.
When your waiting on a call at anytime for a liver/kidney donor for your husband who is dying without receiving a transplant, going without phone service is not an option right now!
Even after receiving an e-mail thanking me for my payment from B&B n the money being taken from my account...wth?
