I would encourage/ recommend anyone considering a rental property managed by this company to go elsewhere. They do not manage properties!! They collect rent!! You will never be happy with this company. Poor communication, delayed/absent maintenance, mismanagement of owners properties. This is the worst of the three companies I have rented from in Portland. more

Very helpful and informative management members! When I was shopping around for a place to rent in Portland (when moving from San Diego) everyone was very helpful. They showed me houses only in my price range, and helped me to decide which area would be best for my family and I. I am thankful for the people at BB Management. more

I though all management companies were 1/26/2012

I though all management companies were the same until I started using BB. The other companies are the same but BB is a cut above. They are diligent and value the relationships they maintain with owners. I am treated great and so is my rental home. more

Worst group ever. I could have better managed my property from out of state. Once tenants left, the unit wasn't cleaned, I could not recover any of my keys, property inspection was bogus and did not uncover a lot of damage. They took no accountability for anything. If you are looking for someone to manage your property, DON'T GO HERE. more

Very Good 12/14/2011

BB takes care of my rental in Portland. They have made it possible for me to fully retire. I dont have the responsibility that comes with the home and it frees up my time a great deal. Not to mention someone else can deal with an emergency should one arise. more

Clean homes 11/16/2011

I am currently renting a charming little place in Portland that is managed by BBMG and so far so good. It is an older house, so I had issues with the furnace already, but they were able to have it fixed the same week it stopped working. I must say that when I moved in (which was just a couple of months ago) the house was very clean, which made it much easier to get settled quickly. Thanks BBMG, you have been good to work with so far! more

Successful year 11/7/2011

I have used the services if this management company for my rental in Oregon for almost 2 years now and they are wonderful. As an owner, detailed financial reports were very important to me, and that is part of the reason I decided to hire BB Management Group in the first place- because they assured me they would provide details to me about my property and the finances that go along with the rental activity. more

When I first encountered BB PDX, I had 9/6/2011

When I first encountered BB PDX, I had some complaints. I have to say that I am impressed with how these issues were dealt with. Brandy, the Property Mgr, called me directly and asked me what her team could do to do a better job. I was taken aback by the phone call and impressed with the proactive approach to improvement. Since we spoke, I am not sure, but it seems, there was some restructuring in the team. Now when I call, I get a call right back and it's a good experience. Overall, I'm really happy and admire the ability to face a complaint and make changes to improve customer service . :) more

Absolute Nightmare Experience 1/31/2011

I had an unbelievably bad experience working with BB Management Group. They have terrible follow up, unfair practices, and shady/borderline criminal policies. more
