worst customer service ever. to say that the wine guy has little patience is an understatement. he also has no social skills and has NO IDEA how to treat a customer. his words and attitude towards me were rude and insulting after I turned down just three recommendations. one wine I had already had before, another too expensive, and another I questioned the taste; he completely turned into a different person and I felt like I was in the twilight zone. If he is the owner I feel sorry for anyone who works there; if he is not the owner then if I were the owner he would be fired immediately for being such a jerk to people who want to come and spend money there. Called to ask about the new Pucker Vodka. They had been sold out in the past. When I called the guy didn't even know what I was talking about and gave me another number to call. Called this number and NO ONE answered. Called back and spoke to a lady and told her the situation and all I wanted to know is if they had the new vodka in.. she laughed and asked if I was drunk??? WOW how rude... I told her so and that I would take my business elsewhere... she laughed and hung up on me. Now.... who do you think was drunk?? Not me...LOL more

After a bad day don't ask the wine guy for help. He has little patience. You may as well look up info online, take a wine book. more
