This company talks about great customer service, well they lied. I placed an order for some vases that they have on their website and it said that it came in a package of 12 but we received a call from one of their employees stating that they don't ship in 12 that they ship in 15 and that we have to pay extra. We said fine, and paid the extra. On the website that was down at the time says that they ship in any amount no minimum. Well when we received the box of vases, I hear the box rattle, we had for broken vases. When I looked for the number, the website was down, I had to google their information. When I finally found their information, I found out that they have another name their website is abglassvases When I finally got in touch with someone they employee asked what did I want, I told her I want the 4 vases, that was in the beginning of January and I have yest to receive my vases. I have sent numerous emails stating that if they put on the box HANDLE WITH CARE, FRAGILE, GLASS something that maybe they would not have a problem with broken glass. I have ordered other glass products for my wedding from other retailers and have not had a problem with any broken product and maybe just maybe it is because they put on the box HANDLE WITH CARE, FRAGILE, GLASS . They now tell me that the employee I was speaking to has been let go, well it is 3 weeks later and still NO REFUND, AND NO VASES. I spoke with another employee today and you think that she would be tired of me calling and resolve the matter by sending me my 4 vases I paid for and that she spoke to the owner of company and said that they don't give refunds but will give me a store credit, well we will see what happens, I hope and pray that she takes my advice and when sends out my 4 vases that she will put on the box HANDLE WITH CARE, FRAGILE, GLASS. If this matter doesn't get resolved then I will have no other choice then to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else, or you will end up like me frustrated and no product in which you paid for.
