Matt was very helpful. I received a quote and the repairs ended up being less than what was quoted. Their business practices are honest and they don't try to come up with other stuff to "fix" to make more money off of their customers. And if you are told about something extra that truly needs to be fixed, it's usually to save you money later or for safety reasons. This is the third vehicle I have taken to B&B and have received excellent service each time. more
