If you want a group of incompetent people working on your high end vehicle, then I highly recommend this shop. I had them working on my BMW about 3 years ago on a rear end collision repair job. They contacted me and asked me to come to the shop after having the car for quite a long time. When I came down to their shop to pick up the vehicle, I found out that the vehicle is not completely done. The electronic equipment did not work. If I didn't check the vehicle, I would have drove away with a problem car that I know they would refuse to correct after I drove off the lot. I ended up waiting for another 5 hours at their shop, while they contacted a BMW specialist and had that person come down to figure out the issue. Then this year, when I had to replace the stock battery, which located in the back of the vehicle (same location where B&B were doing the repair) - I found out that they didn't even put the plastic locking tabs/screws back in the panel. The experience we recently had at B&B Auto Body was top notch. The staff was attentive and careful. It was important to me that the work was done well and in a timely manner. Matt Ehrlich was our service coordinator and he was fabulous. He was very up front about the manner in which the work would be done, what costs to expect and how much time they would need to complete the job. He checked in a couple of times during the repair process and kept us updated. The work was done timely and to perfection. We were treated to coffee by the owner while we had a short wait for the estimate and his lovely wife escorted us to Enterprise Car rental which is right next door, got us a great rate on our rental, and then because Enterprise was swamped, she even drove us all the way home to Camarillo. The rent a car was later delivered that afternoon. I would rate this business 5 stars and would not hesitate to send my friends who need auto body repair work done. I was referred here by my insurance company, and I am GLAD THAT THEY DID! I have a bimmer and was pleasantly surprised to find out that RUSNAK BMW also uses this shop for their repairs. I was concerned about the type of parts that would be used. B&B used all new factory oem parts, and the paint matched perfectly. Now I have the car back, I could never tell it had been in an accident. I received friendly service and prompt updates.\r I am happy that I found this repair shop!!!!!!
