I have eaten here more times than I can count (including when it was at the old location a few blocks away). Yes, it is a chain, but the food is to die for. Though it may be sad to say, I dream about their ""Arroz Con Pollo,"" which is boneless chicken breast sauteed in a light tomato sauce with big chunks of mushrooms and onions, served over rice with melted jack cheese. Served with flour tortillas. Oh my god, this stuff is good. My friend also likes their cheese enchildas quite a bit (though, like me, he prefers the arroz con pollo). We also both love the chicken quesadillas. The service has always been friendly, and you get a lot of food for a good price. I don't know if it's authentic or not, but it sure tastes amazing!
Pros: Food is wonderful!
Cons: It's a chain, but who cares? :)
