The atmosphere at the Azteca Grill is that of real Mexican eateries, south of the border! Soccer and Tejano music abound. But the food is the real star of this
" Taste of Oaxaca ". The Mole de Castillo, is prepared with a abundance of oregano, ground black pepper and chile guajillo. The Salsa and chips alone are a dream.
Moles, which vary in spiciness, are incredibly elaborate and laborious, sometimes requiring more than 30 different ingredients. They are served with chicken, pork or beef. As well as more adventurous dishes featuring Tripe and other delicacies. I highly reccomend this wonderous eatery!
Pros: The food is very authentic.
Cons: Can be loud, but still charming!
