Aztec Roofing & Siding

These guys plain out lie. They don't back their product and have cost me hundreds in repairs due to their poor roofing. In addition to the cost, I've had to stay home multiple days to meet with them, each time they delay and do not commit to repairing their shoddy work. Background: I had a full replacement of my roof 8 months ago. I had a leak. They sent out a non English speaking repair man who shrugged his shoulders and left. I complained. They sent out another person who committed to the repair. After 2 weeks still nothing done. I complained. They committed to sending out a project manager to analyse the problem. I ended having to have a different company do the repair. They are a bunch of crooks. RUN. more

I had a tree branch fall on my mother in laws roof during the big storm that blew through this evening. I called 4 companies after 5:15pm today when i got home from work and these guys were the only company that answered. They had the roof temporarily repaired before dark and saved me from a lot of costly interior damage. They charged me a minimum service call and said they would help us make an insurance claim. I'll post again when it is all said and done. Right now I'm pretty impressed at the awesome response! more

I contracted with Aztec Roofing to install a metal roof system on my home a couple of weeks ago. This project came about after our previous aluminum shake roof was found to be 'totaled' by our insurance company. Aztec's representative worked closely with my insurance company as I just didn't have time to devote to it or really get all the techno speak. I got 4 other bids and their bid was right in line with what the insurance came up with to replace it. Anyway, the roof is complete, it looks great (much nicer than the old aluminum shake), it passed the inspection from the insurance company and my mortgage company. And it held up great during the storms we had this week. I would strongly recommend them for any roofing project. My roof was steep and had a bunch of angles to it - so it looked pretty difficult. Oh, and the project manager sent me daily email pics to show the progress - that made me feel really good as I work long hours and am not home to see what is going on during the day! more
