I have always been pleased with your company and level of service. I especially appreciate that all your service techs are able to quote the total cost before services rendered. By completely waving the fee for the second service call you have shown that you care about your company's reputation and are here for the long haul. Because of your good gesture and essentially "agreeing to disagree" I would like to make this situation a win/win. Please bill my credit card $50.
