Axles Of Dearborn

Found them on ebay under Detroitaxle.Great prices!So I purchased a wheel hub w/bearings installed from them.Actually received fairly quick as I live in Indiana so it took about 4-5 days.When I received the item I had a question about installing and never got a response from them.Tried again and waited days-nothing.Ok,I guess it's not a big deal.Went ahead and installed the new hub.Did fine for for awhile and all.Just recently it has started to grind and make noise.Well the bearings are all ready going out!After a couple of months?! Heck most last @least 25,000 miles+ (sometimes the entire life of the car!)Contacted them as they state they have a 90 day return policy (3 months)Will NOT take this back or even contact me AGAIN! I guess they figure I can just purchase another one or something.Well I will...but not from them-EVER again.Would've been cheaper in the long run to bought from Autozone.They at least back up their warranty claims!No recommendation for Detroitaxle from me. more

These crooks sold me a bad rack and pinion that started failing and leaking pretty quickly after the installation. I was given a serious run around to try to get this refunded, very rude staff. I can't believe their high ebay ranking.. that's because people like me got the product, gave them a good mark, and then cannot get back to them on ebay. Stay away from these crooks unless you don't mind taking a risk to flush your coin down the toilet. more

I got a rack and pinion from them off ebay. I payed my mechanic to put it in after about a week the rack started leaking badly so i called them and they sent me a diffent one. so i had to pay my mechanic agin to have it put in. It was in for one day and started making a bad popping noise. I called them agin and was told I needed to talk to the boss Mike. So after 3day of trying to get ahold of him he took my call. and all down hill from there. He was very rude and told me I was trying to rip him off but he is not the one that payed for two bad racks and the laber to have it put in I did. He sad he was going to refund my money but I have not seen it. By the end of the conersation he was very rude and was caling me evey name in the book. I do not recommend using them more

These people are great, I have never had a problem with them. Mr X, are you a doctor? a rocket scientist? NO sorry, what is the unemployment rate in Michigan, exactly. They dont owe you anything, let alone a job! more

Last week seen Ad for Parts driver postion, I said ok let me check this out. Went there seen Manager, Mike> Job pays $9 per Hour ( Cheap), No medical (cheap) shift is 10 hour per day. I ask a few Question like eg... Do You get raises, How many deliveries per day do you do, Just to get a ideal of the runs. The Very Rude, Cocky guy says "" IM NOT HIRING YOU !!!!, WHY YOU ASK ALL THESE QUESTIONS !!!!!! "" WTF !!!!!! Thats not the way to give a interview. more
