We had a great couple's massage. The ambiance was very relaxing and soothing. Not pretentious as some spas can be, Massage Therapeutics is more focused on providing great service. Both Katalin and Sandra were very attuned to our individual needs. Although we don't live in the state, the next time we come back we'll return to Massage Therapeutics. I have been going to Massage Therapeutics Spa for deep tissue massage treatments for about 3 months. I've been a dedicated weight lifter for over 30 years, and have been suffering from a strained muscle in my upper back for over a year. I had already been to an orthopedist, and had physical therapy to no avail. Thanks to the amazing deep tissue massage therapy I have been receiving every 2 wks from Sandra, I am now fully healed!! I am so happy that I decided to take the time to write this review. I highly recommend Sandra as the best deep tissue massage therapist I have ever encountered. I was treated to a day at the spa on the last day of my vacation... My vacation relaxed my mind but it wasn't until I visited the spa that my body was just as relaxed and rested. I've visited many spas in NYC and this Florida gem tops them all. I would highly recommend Massage Therapeutics Spa to everyone visiting Hollywood, FL. I have used Massage Therapeutics Spa for many years. I am very happy with their deep tissue neck and back massage, and the staff is wonderful. They help me coordinate the timing of the massages due to my unusual schedule as a mascot actor as Geddy the Gecko, Holy Cow, Mr. Pig and Bully. They are located centrally between Miami and Ft Lauderdale, with easy access on Federal Highway in Hollywood which might be good to know as others may live in Miami or Ft Lauderdale. I have come to Hollywood, FL twice a month for the past seven years and this is always been my special place to visit. This place is beautiful and 5 stars is too small of a number for it. I have recieved massages from every therapist that works there and I continue to be blessed by their gifted therapy. Really nice place, I recommend it to everyone at my Condo. I was really surprised to find such a beautiful place so close to me that had not even noticed before. When you walk in it's so cozy and peaceful, unlike any place I have ever been. I recieved a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage and a facial. A male therapist worked on me, I think he was the owner and I believe it was the best deep tissue massage I've ever recieved in my life. He even put my slippers back on my feet after the massage. The steam room smelled great, it was exceptionally clean and it is a definate repeat. Pros: Great Therapy, Great Atmosphere, Yummy Steam Room, Close to my house Cons: I can't live there. more
