AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I am currently a coach at a local Los Angeles High School. I used Awards-Plus because they offered us the most competitive prices. Furthermore, we used a complicated logo, with multiple color screens, and difficult ""weathered"" effect to make the logo appear ""aged"", i.e. like it was from the 1960's. Together, Awards-Plus and Manfred meticulously helped me select a unique shirt color (that corresponded with our faded concept) Furthermore, he helped select a specific material that was lighter (in weight). He had specific examples of shirts brought in on a daily basis, until I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. From that point, his artists and production team delivered our large order within one week, EVEN THOUGH we were up against Thanksgiving, and I wanted shirts before the students went on vacation! Manfred and Awards-Plus got it done, and not only that, the shirts exceeded my expectations. I am completely satisfied, and can't wait to work with Awards Plus again! As soon as next week! more

My supervisor instructed me to buy our annual gala awards online. What a disaster! The engraving was wrong, glass chipped, two awards were different than the others I had ordered and they arrived the day before the event. Had no option but to begin searching for a local awards company. Called around and the most professional (and friendliest) was the salesperson from Awards Plus in West Los Angeles. more

They were so helpful in everything. They made my order perfectly, and even earlier than I had asked them too. I found them to be very creative and artistic, and listened to me every step of the way. The sales people in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to fit in my budget and at the same time managed to create an absolutely stunning custom award, for a client in Honk Kong. They gave me a time frame and actually stood by it, great service. They have sent me an email with the proof so I could see how would the final result look like. Very Good thank you I will be back. Someone dropped the ball and it was left to me to find a place that could produce five custom awards in two days. The owner spent several hours going over options, they recreated my artwork, and came up with the most spectacular crystal awards. My supervisor was thrilled, and the recipients loved their awards. more

I ordered a box from these guys. They never got it right and did not stand behind their work. They don't check the work either. The first time I went to pick up the order (and this has happened with previous work) the darn thing was obviously not straight. They agreed. My first question, was ""Well, when the vender sent it to you, why didn't you take a look at it? I mean, this is being sold from your store, so why aren't you doing some kind of quality control?""
