Great place to purchase trophies 5/10/2009

I have been purchasing trophies for my Meriden Challenger Team for years at this store. I have found the staff very knowledgeable and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and the products are very good. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I have recommended the store to others. Pros: Friendly staff, and good service Cons: Only that i have to travel from Meriden. more

Horrible Customer Service/Bad Products 7/15/2008

After pointing out poor qualtiy in their products, the owner became mad at ME. I was asking for a proper product for the price I paid, and the owner couldn't have been bothered with making a customer satisfied. While looking around the store at their memorabilia, I was appalled to see some of their conservation methods. They no longer have my business...buyer beware!
