I am sad to hear someone had a bad experience, because mine was great! I could not complain because how can you get a better deal of free gift card and they actually have a real online appointment. The website and online appointment really looks nice and easy to use. First, the clinic or spa is really elegant, quiet, and clean. The place is really beautiful with their Asian theme. Love the leather couches and chairs. Their staff is very professional and they are actually dressed in Asian shirts, which was cool and added the theme more. The massage was definitely relaxing and the massage therapist was really good. The heated massage table added a nice touch to my massage. I am not sure what other reviewers are saying, but I give this place five stars. Only con about the clinic is that it is hard to find at first. I think the owner was saying that they are having a sign out front soon, which would make it easier to find. Anyways, visit Awake Clinic and see for yourself. Great spa experience.
