I'd never purchase from here again.. Buying process was decent but customer service is the worst. And OMG, the service department is terrible! Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere...

Knew they were shady 12/29/2011

I wished I would have read the previous review on this dealership! They say they have a great deal and come up with ridiculous numbers. I specifically told them to hold the deposit check and the finance person assured me it would not be deposited but insisted on putting the same day date on the check. They deposited it the next day! Do not shop here and warn anyone you know to stay away from them! more

I almost purchased a vehicle from this dealer.... What a mistake that would have been. They took forever...like 7 hours working on this "deal" which they said was sooo great...have you take the vehicle home and all... And then two days later call back and have to change the deal... They did this twice and I finally said forget it... they were real nice while we were looking at the cars and then once we got back to the finance office they were pushy, rude and unwilling to help us. Even the sales manager turned into a rude person and wasn't willing to help us. I would not recommend this dealership at all! They just kept trying to rip us off. more
